REFERRAL POLICY

1. The Box by The Stylist LA REFERRAL PROGRAM

A. General Conditions

In all matters relating to the administration of the Referral Program, the decisions of The Box by The Stylist LA shall be final. The Box by The Stylist LA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, change or terminate the program, in whole or in part; to modify, limit or suspend the use of or referral discounts in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the savings required for particular reward. In addition, The Box by The Stylist LA reserves the right to cancel your Credits (defined below) and/or your Referral Program participation, in The Box by The Stylist LA’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, or if you earn the Referral via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Referral Program. The Box by The Stylist LA may make these changes even though the changes may affect the value of discounts already accumulated at any time. B. Eligibility

The Box by The Stylist LA Referral Program is open to all Referrals (as defined below) who reside in the U.S., are at least eighteen (18) years or older at the time of participation, and have not previously been an The Box by The Stylist LA Member. By joining and participating in The Box by The Stylist LA Referral Program, you represent that you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note: if you cancel your Membership, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

C. How to Participate in the Referral Program

To participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you (“you" or "your”) go to refer a friend and, using the format(s) provided, invite your friends, family, and colleagues (your “Referrals”) through sharing your personal referral link or sending a The Box by The Stylist LA generated email to join and subscribe to a The Box by The Stylist LA Membership at refer a friend (each, an “Invitation”). Only Referrals who have not previously held The Box by The Stylist LA Memberships as determined by The Box by The Stylist LA in its sole discretion: (a) qualify to use the discount code (the “Discount”) provided in your Invitation; and/or (b) will receive an email Invitation if you select the email Invitation format provided. The Invitation will identify you (including your email address) as the person who referred such Referral to The Box by The Stylist LA, and will include a discount on the Referrals’ Membership (as provided in our Sales and Rental Agreement). In addition to email match, The Box by The Stylist LA reserves the right, and may employ other techniques, to confirm that your Referral has not previously been a The Box by The Stylist LA member.

D. Expiration Periods

The Invitation and Discount will expire one (1) year after the date the Invitation is sent. Invitations communicated on social media may remain up on social media, however, the Discount may expire and/or change at any time in The Box by The Stylist LA’s sole discretion. In order for Referrals to redeem the Discount, Referrals must click the link sent to such Referral from his/her Referrer and make a purchase at The Box by The Stylist LA, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Once a Referral joins The Box by The Stylist LA and remains a member for thirty (30) days at The Box by The Stylist LA, the Referrer will be notified that he/she joined. Provided the Referral does not cancel within thirty (30) days of purchase, the Referrer will receive a Subscription Credit (the “Credit”) at The Box by The Stylist LA that is applied to your Membership Fee. The Discount and Invitation provided to your Referral may expire and/or change at any time in The Box by The Stylist LA’s sole discretion.

E. Scotch Select Credit and Other Incentives Terms

There is no cash value for Credits under the Referral Program. Credits are not transferable and may not be assigned, auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. The Box by The Stylist LA reserves the right to revoke and/or modify Credits if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent referring activity (e.g. using spam to obtain referrals, or acquiring referrals through unsolicited email to person’s unknown to you). You cannot earn a Credit for referring yourself. Credit will not be earned for a friend who was previously a member of The Box by The Stylist LA under any email address or alias. The Box by The Stylist LA reserves the right to limit the maximum number of Credits that may be applied to your account. The Box by The Stylist LA may, from time to time, offer customers complimentary bonuses, gifts, or partner promotions. Any such promotions are at the sole discretion of The Box by The Stylist LA, and, together with any other programs or promotions, are not guaranteed under this Policy. Credit(s) received by Referrals may not be redeemed on the following: sales tax, shipping, donations, or purchases of Gift Membership or purchase of Products. Other exclusions may apply. The Box by The Stylist LA may add or delete non-qualifying items in The Box by The Stylist LA’s sole and absolute discretion. Credits and Discounts have no cash value and are nontransferable. Lost, stolen or destroyed Credits and Discounts will not be replaced. The Box by The Stylist LA is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Credits and/or Discounts, due to a change of email address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

F. Marketing

The information you provide as a member of the Referral Program will be managed by The Box by The Stylist LA as described in Privacy Policy. By participating in the Referral Program, you to agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from The Box by The Stylist LA. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking on the opt out on the bottom of any of the emails and following the instructions.
